Move over love potions, there’s a new bevvy in town! That’s right, the love doctors at Terra Kaffe have poured their hearts and souls into crafting the most lovable coffee drink ever made. Designed to encapsulate all things Valentine’s Day (sweet strawberries, coffee in bed, the color red as much as possible), it’s the only recipe officially endorsed by Cupid himself. So open up your heart and get ready to fall in love:
Special Equipment
- TK-01 or TK-02 super automatic espresso machine
- Clear class or mug (you gotta see that red color!)
Ingredients
- Espresso
- Full-fat milk
- 1 tsp. strawberry syrup (store bought is great!)
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 drops red food dye
- Whipped cream
- Red sprinkles, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a clear glass with strawberry syrup. Brew a shot of espresso directly over top.
- Add your food dye and stir to mix completely.
- Steam your milk directly over top, leaving a few centimeters of clearance for whipped cream.
- Carefully swirl whipped cream around the inside rim of the cup and garnish with sprinkles. Enjoy!
