I’ve had my Terra Kaffe TK-02 since it first came out, and I still absolutely love it! It’s been a great addition to my daily coffee routine and has held up incredibly well over time. I love the convenience, the quality of the coffee, and how easy it is to make different drinks right at home. What really stands out to me is Terra Kaffe’s customer service. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been helpful and responsive, which makes owning the machine even better. This is our first super-auto coffee machine. Our friends and family can't get enough of our coffee setup. I look forward to my coffee every single day. PS - The new glass milk carafe is a must-have! We have only had one issue with it in 1.5 years of ownership, which required us to send it back to TK-02. They offered real human support, sent us a box with a return label, fixed the product and shipped it back all free of cost. You need to keep up with it, but its not too crazy - clean drip tray well (~2x per week) - dump and clean waste bin (2-3x per week) - clean water container (every other week) - descale / clean brewer / change water filter.. FEELS quarterly.. but maybe 2-3 times per year and its step by step instructions.. you really can't mess it up.
